Eurotech Import Auto Service
Anyone who has owned a used BMW knows that while they are wonderful machines, they can also be expensive to maintain, and having a good relationship with skilled mechanics is essential. I have been really fortunate to know some great people, honest and exceptionally talented, who have helped me learn incredible amounts of info about BMWs.
I've already introduced my readers to my friend and BMW artisan Geoff Reid, and now I'd like to take the time to introduce you to my friends Jamie DeWolfe and Frank Apa who own and operate Eurotech Import Auto Service.
The guys at Eurotech have been helping my dad with his car, but also his racing car (a converted e30 328i), and as a result my dad spends almost all his free time there. Whenever I drop by and visit the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.
Recently I purchased a used BMW F650 motorcycle (more on that in the weeks to come) and Jamie and the Eurotech crew were invaluable in helping me get the bike in shape and ready for me to ride daily. I shudder to think what I would do without Eurotech, and yet with them I feel empowered, but also evangelical, as demonstrated by this post.
Of course the Eurotech crew can work on any car, although they specialize in BMW, Audi, and Volkswagon. They also have free wifi, so whenever I'm there I bring my eeePC and get lots of work done. That is when I'm not busy chatting with all the friendly folk who tend to be around.
Dealerships are not called "stealerships" without cause, they can charge really high rates, take a long time, and even then often provide shoddy service. Therefore it is essential for owners of used (and even new) BMWs to establish relationships with shops like Eurotech. You need to have someone honest and ethical on your side to help maintain your vehicle to the best possible standard.
The guys at Eurotech are incredible allies to have, so if you own a vehicle, and wish to take proper care of it, then you really need to get in touch with them. I know I am extremely fortunate to know these guys, and feel it is my responsibility to endorse their work and business. Thanks for all your help and support Jamie and Frank!
